Do you always want to be the first in everything? Do you strive to be the best and try your best to achieve recognition in society? Moreover, you often manage to achieve this, but this success still does not satisfy you?

Our psychotherapist will help you understand the reason for this obsessive desire to always be the first in any circumstances.

Do you think that you are reproaching yourself too often? Yes, in our time, any person constantly lives with ‘pangs of conscience’ for their actions. And on the one hand, this is logical - after all, we evaluate their results and strive to avoid mistakes in the future. But how often do you blame yourself for everything that happens in the lives of your loved ones - children, parents, friends? If you are characterised by what is known in psychology as ‘hyper-responsibility’, you blame yourself too often... for nothing! But this is not your fault either! The reason for this lies, most likely, in the fact that in childhood you experienced excessive pressure from your parents - and, as a result, you began to blame yourself for all your sins. Yes, a good person should be able to take responsibility for their actions. But sometimes the feeling of guilt becomes an unbearable burden for you.

Our psychotherapists will help you learn to distinguish between productive guilt (something that will help you become better, correct your mistakes) and the guilt that poisons your life with a heavy but unnecessary burden.

When and why should you see a psychotherapist?
‘Don't blame yourself for everything!’ - it's easy to say... But the psychotherapists of our centre will help you to do this and the following:

Find the child inside you, draw strength from your childhood to understand yourself better and become a real adult;
Understand what kind of life is right for you;
Overcome your complexes;
Cope with your anxieties;
Accept your parents, free yourself from the illusions of childhood to learn to love yourself;
Learn how to talk to each other, express your thoughts and feelings in order to communicate in a couple, in a family and at work;
Learn to be optimistic, to treat yourself positively... and without illusions.

Together with OUR psychotherapist, we invite you to understand how to deal with your emotions in order to feel better about yourself and your life.

A psychotherapist is a specialist who has knowledge of psychology and applies this knowledge in working with clients and patients.

A psychotherapist helps people with various psychological problems.

Psychotherapy - (from the Greek psyche - soul and therapeia - care, care, treatment). In a narrow sense, psychotherapy is the treatment of a person (patient) with the help of psychological means of influence. In a broader sense, psychotherapy includes the provision of psychological assistance to people in situations of various kinds of psychological difficulties, as well as in case of need to improve the quality of their own lives.

Such assistance is provided in two main forms - individual and group. In the first case, it is based on individual counselling or therapy, or there is a need for counselling of a group (for example, a family). Group psychotherapy is based on exercises and discussions in various forms and combinations.

Today, there are many theoretical and methodological approaches used in psychotherapeutic practice, primarily related to the peculiarity of understanding human nature and human relationships, group processes. The most well-known approaches are psychoanalytic, behavioural, cognitive, humanistic, narrative, Gestalt therapy, etc.
The use of each of them is usually adequate to a certain range of psychotherapeutic tasks, as well as the specialisation of the psychotherapist.

I KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU!
